Zapier connects Rezora with CRMs, spreadsheets, forms, databases, and other tools without custom code. Use it when you want another app to send contacts into Rezora, or when you want Rezora call activity to update another system automatically.

Overview

With Zapier, you can build workflows that move contact and call data between Rezora and the tools your team already uses.
  • Send new leads from Google Sheets, HubSpot, forms, or other apps into Rezora.
  • Add contacts to a Rezora campaign from a Zap.
  • Send completed call details from Rezora to a CRM, spreadsheet, Slack channel, or another app.
  • Use Zapier for custom workflows that do not need a native Rezora integration.

Getting started

Before creating a Zap, make sure you have:
  • A Rezora account.
  • A Zapier account.
  • A Rezora campaign or contact workflow ready to receive contacts.
  • Contact data that includes a valid phone number.
In Zapier, create a Zap and search for Rezora. When Zapier asks you to connect your account, sign in with your Rezora login and approve access.

Authentication

Rezora connects to Zapier through a secure login flow. You do not need to create API keys or copy tokens into Zapier. If your Rezora connection expires or is removed, reconnect Rezora from the Zap editor before turning the Zap back on.

Basics

A Zap has two main parts:
  • A trigger: the event that starts the workflow.
  • An action: what Zapier does after the trigger runs.
Rezora can be used on either side of the workflow. Another app can trigger Rezora to create a contact or add someone to a campaign, and Rezora can trigger another app when call activity is completed.

Triggers

Use Rezora as the trigger app when something happens in Rezora and another app should be updated.

Actions

Use Rezora as the action app when another tool should send contact data into Rezora.

Example workflows

  • Google Sheets new row -> add contact to a Rezora campaign.
  • HubSpot new contact -> trigger a Rezora speed-to-lead campaign.
  • Rezora call completed -> create or update a CRM note.
  • Rezora call completed -> add a row to Google Sheets.
  • Form submission -> add contact to Rezora.

Start calls from Google Sheets

This workflow starts from a Google Sheet and sends new rows into Rezora.
  1. In Zapier, create a new Zap.
  2. Select Google Sheets as the trigger app.
  3. Choose a trigger such as New Spreadsheet Row or New or Updated Spreadsheet Row.
  4. Connect your Google account and select the spreadsheet and worksheet.
  5. Add Rezora as the action app.
  6. Choose Add to Campaign or Create Contact.
  7. Connect your Rezora account if you have not already.
  8. Map the phone number, name, email, campaign, and any optional metadata from the Google Sheets row.
  9. Test the Zap with a real reachable phone number if the action will start a call.
  10. Turn on the Zap after the test succeeds.

Send call results to a CRM or sheet

This workflow starts from Rezora and sends completed call data to another app.
  1. In Zapier, create a new Zap.
  2. Select Rezora as the trigger app.
  3. Choose Call Completed.
  4. Connect your Rezora account if you have not already.
  5. Test the trigger to pull in a recent completed call.
  6. Choose HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slack, or another app as the action.
  7. Map fields such as call summary, transcript, duration, status, phone number, and contact details.
  8. Test the action and confirm the data appears in the destination app.
  9. Turn on the Zap.

Managing Zaps

Manage and edit your Zaps from Zapier. If Rezora shows connected Zapier automations in Settings, use that view as a quick status check, but keep Zap setup and field mapping inside Zapier.

FAQ

Can I use Google Sheets?

Yes. Use Google Sheets as the trigger app when spreadsheet rows should create contacts or add contacts to a Rezora campaign.

Can I use HubSpot or another CRM?

Yes. If Zapier supports the CRM, you can use it in a Zap with Rezora.

Will testing place a real call?

If the Rezora action adds a contact to an active calling campaign, testing can start a real call. Use a phone number you are allowed to call and are ready to answer.

What happens if a phone number is invalid?

Rezora requires a valid phone number before it can process a contact for calling. Invalid or missing phone numbers may be rejected or skipped.

How is billing handled?

Rezora usage is billed by Rezora according to your plan. Zapier task usage is billed separately by Zapier according to your Zapier plan.

Can I batch import contacts?

Yes, when your source app supports it. Use Zapier Transfer or the source app’s batch tools when available, then map the contact fields into Rezora.
