The Cal.com integration lets Rezora book accepted leads into the appointment type and weekly availability you choose.

Connect Cal.com

Open Settings and find AI appointment scheduling. If Cal.com is not connected, turn scheduling on and select Connect or create Cal.com.
  • Rezora opens Cal.com authorization in a new tab.
  • After authorization, return to Rezora to finish setup.
  • If access expires later, use Reconnect to refresh the connection.

Configure availability

After Cal.com is connected, Rezora shows your connected account, event type, and scheduling details.
  • Choose the timezone Rezora should use.
  • Set the appointment duration.
  • Choose a minimum booking notice.
  • Enable the days Rezora can offer appointments.
  • Set start and end times for each available day.
Days marked unavailable are not offered to leads.

Save and edit setup

Use Save setup or Save changes after updating availability. Rezora manages the Cal.com event type and schedule used for AI-booked appointments.
  • Use Refresh to reload the latest Cal.com status.
  • Use Cal.com to open advanced event settings in Cal.com.
  • Advanced settings stay in Cal.com.

Enable booking for an agent

After Cal.com setup is ready, open an AI agent and enable Cal.com booking in the agent’s call behavior settings.
  • The agent can check availability during a call.
  • The agent can offer available appointment times to accepted leads.
  • When a lead chooses a time, Rezora books the appointment through Cal.com.
  • Booked appointments appear in Rezora’s Appointments page.
If setup is incomplete, the agent editor will direct you back to Settings before the booking toggle can be enabled.
